The short version
We collect the minimum needed to deliver your order and honour your warranty. We don't sell your data to anyone, and we don't ask for card or bank details at any point.
What we collect
- Contact details — your Telegram username and chat id, and your email if you choose to give one. If you message our bot, this is recorded automatically so we can reply and stay in touch.
- Order details — the game you bought, your console type, and the date of purchase
- Messages — the conversation we have with you about your order
- Payment confirmation — the transaction reference confirming payment cleared
We do not collect or store card numbers, bank details, or the password to any PlayStation account you already own.
Why we collect it
- To deliver what you paid for
- To provide setup help
- To verify and honour warranty claims during the 30-day period
- To keep basic records of sales as required for running a business
- To tell you about offers, price drops and new titles — only if you have messaged us or our bot. Reply stop at any time and we will take you off that list and keep answering your questions as normal.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for 12 months so we can honour warranties and resolve disputes. Chat conversations remain in Telegram until deleted by either side. Contact details used for offers are kept until you ask us to stop, and we remove them when you do.
Who we share it with
Nobody, other than the payment processor that handles your transaction, which receives only what it needs to process the payment. We do not sell, rent or trade your information.
Payment processing
Payments are handled by a third-party cryptocurrency payment provider. Their own privacy policy applies to the payment itself, and we never see your wallet credentials.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses no analytics and sets no tracking cookies. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may log your IP address as part of serving them.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you what data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Message us on Telegram at @HeavenPSN, or email support@psnheaven.com if you would rather have it in writing, and we'll action it. Note that deleting your order record ends our ability to honour the warranty on that order.
Security
We keep order records limited to what's necessary and share credentials only through private messages with the buyer. Please help by never forwarding your credentials to anyone else.
Children
Our service is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we'll remove it.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version appears on this page with a new "last updated" date.
