What you're actually buying

The short version

You're buying access to a game, not a copy of your own. That access comes through a PlayStation account we provide. It works, it's how this entire market operates, and it's dramatically cheaper than the store. It also isn't something Sony endorses, and we're not going to pretend otherwise.

Where the games come from

Every title we sell is bought and paid for through official channels — purchased from the PlayStation Store using official PlayStation gift cards and legitimate payment methods.

Nothing we sell is pirated, cracked, modified, or bought with stolen card details. There is no hacked account anywhere in this. The games are real purchases, made properly, and the money reaches Sony and the publishers the same way it would if you bought them yourself.

We say this plainly because “cheap game accounts” and “stolen game accounts” get lumped together, and they are not the same thing. What makes our prices low is where and how the titles are bought — not fraud.

How the access actually works

PlayStation has a built-in feature called Console Sharing and Offline Play — it used to be called “Primary PS4”. Any account can nominate one console as its primary, and everyone using that console can then play the games in that account's library, on their own profiles.

Sony built this feature deliberately. It's how families share a library across one console.

With the primary slot, we set the game up as the main licence on your console, so you play from your own profile — including offline. With the secondary slot, you play while signed in to the account we provide, which costs less.

What Sony's terms say

This is the part other stores skip. Sony's PlayStation Network Terms of Service, section 5.9, says:

So while the sharing feature is Sony's own, and while the games themselves are legitimately bought, obtaining access this way is against their terms. That's a plain reading and we're not going to argue with it.

The real risk, stated plainly

• The account we provide could be restricted or lost. That's the risk, and it's a genuine one.
• If that happens inside your warranty window, that's our problem, not yours — we replace it or refund you.
• Your own PlayStation account and anything you've bought yourself are not part of this transaction.
• We can't control what Sony does, and any store telling you they can is selling you something they don't have.

What we do about it

• We only use accounts we control, set up properly, one order at a time.
• We walk you through setup ourselves so it's done correctly — most problems come from setup, not from Sony.
• We tell you exactly which type of access you're getting before you pay.
• Every order carries a one-month activation and replacement warranty.

One month is what we can actually stand behind. If a store promises you five years, or a lifetime, on an account nobody controls — ask yourself who honours that in year three.

What we don't promise

We don't promise the access lasts forever. We don't promise Sony will never act. We don't promise this is officially sanctioned, because it isn't.

We stay in touch after you've bought. Telegram is where you order, and it's where you reach us afterwards — for as long as you need it, not just for the warranty month. From those conversations, more than 80% of our customers are still playing six months later with no problems at all. That's what comes back to us from people we speak to every day.

And support doesn't stop when the warranty month does. The month is how long we'll replace or refund it — it isn't how long we'll answer you.

What we promise is that we'll tell you the truth, set it up properly, and stand behind it for the month we say we will.

Your call

Plenty of people in Egypt, Iraq, Turkey, Morocco and across the Gulf use this route because regional pricing doesn't match regional incomes. That's a real reason, and it's why this market is the size it is.

It's still your decision, and you should make it knowing what we've set out above. If you'd rather buy directly from the PlayStation Store, that's a perfectly reasonable choice and we'd say so.
