1. Who we are
PSN Heaven ("we", "us") sells access to digital PlayStation game content. We are an independent retailer and are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Sony Interactive Entertainment LLC. Contact us on Telegram at @HeavenPSN.
2. Placing an order
An order is confirmed once payment has cleared and we have acknowledged it. Before paying, we will tell you which type of access you are buying and what it does and does not allow.
- You must be old enough to enter a contract in your country, or have permission from a parent or guardian.
- Details you give us must be accurate — we can't deliver to a Telegram username that doesn't exist.
- Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise and may change at any time before an order is placed.
3. Delivery
Delivery is digital and normally completed within minutes of payment clearing. Occasionally it may take longer depending on the title and the time of day. We deliver access details privately through Telegram.
4. Warranty
Every order includes a one-month (30-day) 100% activation and replacement warranty from the date of purchase. Full detail is on our Warranty page, which forms part of these terms. In short: if the access fails for a reason on our side within that period, we replace it free of charge, or refund you if we cannot.
5. Your responsibilities
To keep your access working, and to keep the warranty valid, you agree not to:
- Share the credentials we provide with any other person
- Change the account's email address, password, or security settings
- Resell or redistribute what you have bought
- Ignore the setup instructions we send with your order
6. Refunds
You are entitled to a refund where we cannot deliver working access, or cannot replace it under warranty. We do not offer refunds where an order has been delivered and successfully activated and you have simply changed your mind, or where a problem is caused by one of the actions listed in section 5.
7. Third-party platforms
Use of any PlayStation service remains subject to Sony Interactive Entertainment's own terms of service. It is your responsibility to comply with those terms. We are not able to control, and are not responsible for, decisions taken by any third-party platform in relation to your account.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you place an order is the version that applies to it.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Istanbul.
